Every key the editor understands, grouped the way the editor's own shortcut sheet shows them. Press ? inside the editor to open that sheet.
Shortcuts are off while you type in a field or while a dialog or menu is open, so Delete or ⌫ on a dialog button never deletes the selection behind it. On a Mac the primary modifier is the command key, elsewhere it is Ctrl.
